The Gators head coach Jim McElwain extended an offer to Quarterback Joe Milton (6-5, 222) from Olympia High School in Orlando, Florida. Milton is currently rated as a four star recruit and also holds offers from schools like Tennessee, Michigan and Georgia.
Coach McElwain offered Milton on his visit to the Swamp yesterday. Milton has said before that the Gators is his dream school but also stated that he doesn’t currently have a leader right now.
Milton will likely make his decision soon as he stats that he would like for a team to build around him at Quarterback.
We believe that Florida has a strong chance to land Milton. We are excited that the Gators finally gave him an offer.
