Just moments ago the highly touted DB duo of Teez Tabor and Quincy Wilson ran the 40 yard dash in front of NFL scouts.
Tabor with nine interceptions, 28 pass breakups and 104 tackles in his career at UF, Tabor’s production puts him up there with the most elite DB’s to ever play.
Tabor didn’t add any bonus points to his already high draft stock today after posting a disappointing 4.68 in the 40 yard dash. Luckily for Tabor, this shouldn’t affect his draft stock that much.
Tabor has the ability to diagnose plays before they happen, break on the ball with quickness, and cover your best receiver. Besides, we all know when you suit up, its more about technique.
Wilson finished his career at Florida with six interceptions, 14 pass break up’s and 84 tackles.
Wilson’s draft stock has been trending upwards lately as the NFL scouts really love his size and physical abilities. Wilson needed to post a good time today and he didn’t disappoint, beating Tabor’s time with a 4.56 seconds 40 time.
We believe Wilson has solidified himself as a top 20 pick this draft and after today may have moved ahead of teammate Teez Tabor in the rankings.
